As a kid I was at the beach almost everyday watching the guys that came before me…the originality, style and untold nod to fashion that would later inspire me as a designer. Everything felt so alive at the time, whether I was surfing or creating art, it was always about that feeling – inspired, hopeful and often fearless. That’s really what Victor Moon is all about, reigniting the desire to do what you love and nothing you don’t.

The brand came to life when I realized it was time to stop working for everyone else and start creating for myself. When my co-founder, Melanie Meltzer, declared that everything had to be American made and with attention to detail, I started to piece everything else together. It didn’t make sense to have it any other way. Our style was born here; our clothes should be made here. American made and a true California original.
